Our Ask

This film matters because Mark Thomas Gibson is an essential voice for the moment we are living through, and his work captures the tension, humor, and vulnerability of an America trying to understand itself. As the country navigates a turbulent new political era, Mark’s art offers a rare mix of clarity and imagination that helps people process the world around them. We have been embedded with him during a major evolution in his career, documenting the creation of a landmark exhibition from the ground up, and the access we have now will never exist again in the same way. To bring this story to life at its full creative and cinematic potential, we are seeking support for the final stages of production and post production. With the right partners, we can finish a film that speaks to the urgency of this moment, amplifies an important artistic voice, and reaches audiences who are hungry for meaningful, reflective, and visually rich storytelling.
